PLAN II: Self-pay WEGOVY pen kit or ZEPBOUND vial kit
(without insurance)
*WEGOVY INJECTABLE: $199/month (0.25/ 0.5mg) for 2 months of medication, then $349 monthly for all other doses: paid directly to a retail or manufacturer's pharmacy (current NOVO promotion until 03/2026).
*ZEPBOUND: $299/month (0.25mg), $399/month (0.5mg) & $449/month (7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg & 15mg): paid directly to the retail or manufacturer's pharmacy (current Lilly promotion).
$79/month: For monthly Provider Services
PLAN III: ORAL OBESITY WEIGHT LOSS MEDICATIONS
*WEGOVY ORAL (Pills): $199/month (1.4mg or 4mg) for 2 months of medication, then $299 monthly for all other doses: paid directly to a retail or manufacturer's pharmacy (current NOVO promotion until 4/2026).
*30 days of Plenity or Contrave Oral weight loss medications
with insurance coverage for medication: $99
*30 days of Contrave or Plenity Oral Weight loss medications
without insurance coverage: $185 (cash or credit card)
$79/month: For monthly Provider Services
What's included in the Weight loss PLANS I- III?
1. GLP-1 or oral weight loss prescriptions sent to your local or designated pharmacy
2. Additional prescribed and/ or over-the-counter supplements if required based on labs
3. Biometric measurements for in-person weight loss patients and Dietary/ exercise guidance and resources
